STEP BY STEP:
1
Cut the onion into pieces, fry in a hot pan and keep stirring. Add the salt, pepper and honey and fry for 15 minutes. Don't forget to mix! When the onion takes on a dark golden colour, allow it to cool.
2
Heat the pan again and melt some butter on it. Then, pour the egg into the hot butter, without damaging the yolk. Wait until egg white hardens and the yolk is runny. Season the egg with salt and pepper. Then, without turning it over, remove the egg from the pan.
3
If you use minced meat, first form the burgers gently. Try not to knead the meat too much so that it remains quite loose. This way you will get a lighter, crunchy texture. The burger will not be hard. Fry the burger (or a premade beef cutlet) without fat in a very well-heated grill pan for about 2.5 minutes on each side (or bake in an oven at 190 degrees on a baking tray, for about 4 minutes on each side). Season the cutlet with salt and pepper just before frying. Try to do it only from the side that you will be frying in a moment, season the other side just before flipping the burger.
4
Cut the eggplant and pepper into oblong slices. Brush the vegetables gently with oil and grill them in the pan for about 10 minutes.
5
Cut the Prima Burger in halves. You can brown them gently in a pan or grill, if you want them crispy. Brush the halves of the roll with a burger sauce.
6
Cut the cucumber into slices. Put the crunchy lettuce, grilled burger, fried egg, caramelized onion, slices of grilled vegetables and cucumber on the bottom half of the roll. Cover it with the other half of the bread roll and press gently.

This burger is a great alternative to a home-made dinner. It tastes great on its own, but you can serve it with fries or baked potatoes.
